Keep Walking

Do you feel torn with the things of this world and the things of God? Are you feeling trapped? Keep walking, my friend. Don’t get caught up in the things of this world. Let the Lord guide you in making the right decision to choose the things of God.

~

We live in a fast-paced world.
So much confusion.
So much strife, noise and contention.
We are often pulled back by the
pressures of life. But the voice
of the Lord says, “Keep walking.”
You ask yourself which road to take.
Money? Diamonds and pearls?
What should I do?
Just keep walking.
Don’t stand still.

Father, help me!
I am caught up with this strife.
So many decisions to make.
So many pleasures in this life.
Ahhh, which road should I take?

What I am facing is a great dilemma.
But not for me.
“Keep walking,” they say.
For we walk by faith and not by sight.
Confusion with destruction are what I see
before me. They say I must have faith.
But why should I?
I don’t know what lies ahead.
What if I take the wrong road?

Do you know which road to take?
If you stay here without moving
will anything change?
Will anything get better?
Trust, believe, and know that God is more
than able to change anything
and help you through everything.

What?
We serve a God who is more than able
to change things and see me through this time.
I am not staying here.
I will keep walking.
God knows and holds my future.
I will trust Him and keep walking.
Keep walking no matter what I see.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
