Ready, Set, Go!
There are some things that I started in life and did not finish in one try, but I did not give up. I fell down, but I got up. I dusted myself off and continued the race again. It wasn’t easy. I have encountered many hurdles on this journey of life, but to finish this race I am holding on to the hand of the Lord and of other believers in Jesus Christ. My friend, don’t quit, don’t give up. Strive to finish the race that the Lord has set before you.
God is in Control
Is God there? Where is He in some of the things that I go through or even what others may go through. Sometimes I would doubt and question like this, but I am reminded that God is in control of the entire world. He’s in control of everything. Nothing takes him by surprise. He was there in the past, He is here in the present and He will be there in the future.
Meet Denise
Denise Cyrus is a passionate author, teacher and poet who has been involved in the dramatic arts for over 30 years. Her heart’s desire is to use her God-given gift to minister healing and hope to others as she is inspired by God.
She is the founder of Denise Cyrus’ School of Drama where she uses the dramatic arts, presentation and public speaking skills to equip and build self-confidence in her students.
